Bernard Gizzi – President
Over the course of 30 years in the Electronics Distribution Industry, Bernard has held various sales, general management, and executive management positions. Today, as President of ECCO he leads a team of dedicated, experienced and ambitious colleagues in creating a new kind of company in the electronics industry. Previously, he lead a design engineering & sales firm and managed sales and marketing teams at Newark/element 14, Premier Farnell, and Arrow Electronics where he started his career.
Michele Porter – Office Operations & Controller
Michele has spent over 25 years helping businesses grow in the warehousing, logistics and print industries. Her experience involves operations and finance work at both large and small companies. She has a well-rounded, multi-disciplined background that fits well in our high growth model. She joined the ECCO team in 2012 and has contributed in various aspects of finance, HR, IT/Web and Operations.
Marc Natola – Product and Purchasing Manager
Marc Natola, our Product and Purchasing Manager, brings 20 years of experience in electronic component distribution. He is multifaceted with a heavy emphasis on procurement and supply chain responsibilities. Marc’s background in sourcing and nurturing supplier relations are skills well utilized with ECCO. Prior to joining ECCO’s team, Marc spent 4 years as Purchasing Manager at Nep Electronics.
Kevin Hayes – Quality & Operations Manager
Kevin Hayes joined ECCO in the fall of 2015. Since then, Kevin served as the “team lead” in our successful AS9100C Quality certification and has helped ECCO achieve higher levels of productivity while keeping Quality JOB #1 via “on time & in full” Qty deliveries of our connectors, switches, and assembled solutions. Previously, Kevin has been involved with federal contracting management, sales operations, & print manufacturing.
John Garcia – Sales Manager
John joined ECCO in the fall of 2014 in sales & business development. In 2017, John was promoted to sales manager and has created a “high performing” culture within our sales & marketing team. He has trained us on technical selling & is continuing to develop our value added solutions portfolio. He has been active in sales for over 15 years in the wholsale & distribution industries and enjoys reading and the outdoors when not helping customer’s solve their interconnect & switch material needs.
