Returns of off-the-shelf products are accepted within 60 days from the original invoice date. Returns must be in the original part packaging and in resalable condition. See Terms & Conditions for more details. Custom assemblies and Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) are not returnable.
If the product received is defective and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact your ECCO sales representative or complete the below form to process the return and replacement of affected product.
Requesting an RMA (Return Materials Authorization)
No returns will be authorized or accepted without an RMA issued by an authorized ECCO representative. To receive an authorized RMA;
- Request an RMA number using one of the following methods;
- Contact your ECCO sales representative via email or telephone; or,
- Complete the below form and submit
- Include the RMA number on the exterior of all returned product packaging
- Ship the product back to the provided location when the RMA number is issued
We will make every effort to expedite the replacement of the affected product and will advise any inordinate lead time that may be required. A credit will be issued for all product returned with prior authorization and you will then be invoiced for the replacement product when it ships.
Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
Products returned without an authorized RMA will not be accepted. All issued RMAs are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by ECCO. Credit will be issued at the original price charged less handling and transportation charges, where applicable. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. All claims for shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of product.
