RMA requests and Product Returns

Returns of off-the-shelf products are accepted within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Returns must be in the original part packaging and in resalable condition. See Terms & Conditions for more details. Custom assemblies and Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) are not returnable.

If the product received is defective and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact your ECCO sales representative or complete the RMA Request form to process the return and initiate the replacement of affected product.

Regulation and Compliance

ECCO is committed to meeting all required standards for trade practices, export compliance, and environmental compliance; including, ITAR, EAR, RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.

ITAR and EAR: ECCO is registered with the US State Department and the US Department of Commerce for ITAR-related items and EAR-related controls, respectively.

RoHS Statement: ECCO does not manufacture any of the products we sell. The vast majority of the products we carry are components or specifically manufactured for use in the military or aerospace sectors and are outside the scope of the RoHS Directive. However, we are fully committed to assisting our customers with RoHS compliant substitutes as required.

REACH Statement: As a manufacturer’s authorized distributor, ECCO does provide a number of products that contain cadmium, a REACH-identified SVHC. We are committed to assisting our customers with identifying those products that may contain cadmium and offering suitable REACH compliant replacements when available.

Conflict Minerals Statement: ECCO is committed to complying with the Dodd-Frank Act regarding conflict minerals. We will continue to work with our suppliers to provide the most up to date information regarding base material origin that falls under the scope of this legislation. From the responses we have received to date, we believe that all manufacturers whose products we provide are in full compliance with all requirements. ECCO’s CMRT is available upon request.
