How to order

How to Order

Add the parts needed to your shopping cart and simply proceed to checkout from there. Online orders are only available for Canadian Shipping addresses.
Orders can also be placed through a live salesperson by calling 1-800-567-6642.

How to Checkout

Our checkout process is short and simple. Once you have completed shopping and in your shopping cart you click on the green Continue Checkout button.
You will then be asked for your information, shipping/billing information, shipping method, and payment information. Finally you will have a review page to make sure all your information is right and if not an opportunity to edit the information. If all is right – you can submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order for shipments is $100. If your order does not meet the minimum order, you will be asked if a surcharge can be added to your order to make it meet the requirements.

Backorder

If part of your order is in stock and the other part is on backorder, we will give you the option to ship what we have now or to ship complete.

Payment Information

Payment Methods

Electronic Connector accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Master Card & Visa.
Prepaid Wire/Proforma Invoice: Our Sales Support team will e-mail you the Proforma invoice shortly after your order is placed giving you the wire instructions. We do not charge a fee for this payment method, however, your financial institution may. Please note that stock is not reserved until the wire transfer is complete on our end. Orders will be canceled after 10 days if funds are not received.
For the time being, Prepaid Wire/Proforma Invoicing is only available for live, telephone orders. This method of payment will be implemented for online orders in the near future.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to Sales Tax depending on the province/state you are ordering from.

Shipping Information

When am I Charged?

When you submit your order, we pre-authorize the card for the amount of the order. Your credit card is not actually charged until the order ships out. If your order has multiple shipments from a single order, you will receive one charge per shipment.

Electronic Connector offers free shipping on online orders over $250 (before tax) and flat rate shipping on online orders $250 and under (before tax). $15 Flat rate shipping applies to over-the-phone orders. See our shipping table

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 4pm Eastern Standard Time ship the same day. FedEx Ground shipments ship the next day. If there is a backorder please follow the advertised lead-time.

Shipping Notification/Tracking#

Once order has been placed and confirmed you will be emailed your tracking number(s).

Backorder

For orders combining both in-stock and backorder items, customers have the option of having in-stock items delivered first and backorder items shipped when available. Shipping charges will then apply to each shipment separately. Should either of the individual shipments be $250 and under, Electronic Connector’s free shipping offer will no longer apply and the shipment will be charged a $15 flat rate.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Duty and customs fees paid by Electronic Connector, included with Electronic Connector’s $15 flat rate shipping option and Electronic Connector’s free shipping offer only.

Exclusions and Exceptions to our Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping Policies

Additional shipping charges will apply to orders involving excessive weight or unique circumstances. Customers will be contacted before their order is processed.

All orders are shipped via UPS

Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice. You may also include your own freight account number when processing your order in which case your shipping costs will be billed to your freight account and not your invoice from Electronic Connector.

APO/FPO, PO Boxes

At this time Electronic Connector cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Returns

Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number within 60 days from the date of invoice. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving an RMA number. Customers will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns that are not a result of Electronic Connector or Manufacturer error. All returns will be charged for freight unless the result of a product defect or an error caused by Electronic Connector. No goods to be returned or exchanged without authorization from Electronic Connector.
